Asian Peanut Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons lemon juice (may substitute lime or orange)
    3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons fish sauce
    1 tablespoon water
    1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
    1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    red pepper flakes (to taste)
Preparation
    Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Wisk together until thoroughly mixed.
    Use immedately or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
