Sun-Dried Tomato Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast or 2 -3 lbs top round roast
    2 cups sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, whole
    2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1 cup water or 1 cup beef broth
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in the crock pot.
    Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
