Never-The-Same-Twice Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 lb ground pork or 1/2 lb ground veal
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 jar homemade or prepared chutney
    2 slices hearty white bread
    1/2 cup homemade or prepared barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Soak slices of bread in chutney until soft and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well, and place in a meatloaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and, with the back of a teaspoon, make a shallow otrencho, lengthwise, on top of the meatloaf, and fill the 'trench' with barbecue sauce.
    Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
