Portuguese Bean And Garlic Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    5 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 cup ham, chopped
    2 cups cooked white beans
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    6 large eggs
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil for 7 minutes.
    Add garlic and ham and saute for 5 minutes.
    Add beans,salt,pepper,and cilantro.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Beat eggs and pour into pan.
    Cover and simmer 7 minutes or 'til top sets.
    Cut into wedges and serve.
