Snitch Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    2/3 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda (bicarb soda)
    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 1/2 cups raisins (or replace some or all with coconut)
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugars.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Roll into balls and cook at 175C (350F) for 10-15mins.
