Crispy Potato And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, grated
    3 carrots, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 cup skim milk powder
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    2 eggs
    3 tablespoons oil
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix grated potatoes, carrots and onions in a large bowl.
    Stir in skim milk powder, oats, eggs, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Lightly grease a 13x9 pan.
    Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
    Bake about 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.6.
