Caribbean Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, and finely diced (for more heat leave in the seeds)
    1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a glass jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients and shake well, until thoroughly mixed. Use as a marinade or basting sauce.
