Iron Rich Vegetable Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 glass water
    salt
    black pepper
    1 beet, washed and finely chopped
    2 carrots, washed,peeled and finely chopped
    3 leaves fresh spinach, washed and finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, washed,peeled and finely chopped
    fresh lime juice (add a few drops first and then check to see if you need more)
Preparation
    To make this healthy morning drink, put all the ingredients in a blender.
    Cover and process until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
