Mock Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 ounces heavy whipping cream
4 tablespoons vanilla
16 ounces Splenda granular, artificial sweetener

Preparation

Beat the whipping cream to stiff peaks, fold in vanilla and splenda sweetener. Then freeze until frozen. Serve in 1/2 cup dessert cups and enjoy the sweet treat.
