Rosa'S Sauce (Salsa Rosata) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream
2 1/2 tablespoons brandy
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish
5 -6 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; chill thoroughly.
Arrange chilled cooked seafood on lettuce, drizzle with lemon juice and spoon on your sauce. ENJOY!
