Pineapple Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb thick slab bacon
    16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Cut the length of the bacon in half. Open and drain the pineapple. Wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it wrapped.
    Place the wrap on a metal baking tray with the pineapple facing up. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
    Bake until bacon is cooked. Remove from pan and place on a warm plate or serving tray.
