Ingredients

4 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chutney
1 granny smith apple (diced)
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup scallion (chopped)
salt and black pepper
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in chicken broth on stovetop until tender.
Remove chicken from broth, cool and cut into cubes.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Chill and serve.
