Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch spinach
1 cup salsa, strained
1 lb fish fillet
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup herbed feta cheese
Preparation

Spray baking dish with pam.
Preheat oven to 450 deg.
In skillet heat oil over med.low heat add garlic and stir for 1 minute add spinach a handful at a time till wilted.
Stir in salsa, remove from heat.
Arrange 1/2 mixture into baking dish.
Season fillets with salt and pepper and put on top of spinach mixture.
Top with remaining spinach mixture.
Top with crumbled feta and bake for 15- 20 minute.
