Marinated Garbanzos (Chickpeas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
    1/2 cup oil
    3 tablespoons vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 cup chopped scallion
    1 dash garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    Drain.
    Serve with toast rounds or as part of an antipasto tray.
