Easy Buttermilk Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup creme fraiche (non-fat yogurt works too, for lo-cal diets)
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
    5 tablespoons onion powder
    8 ounces dry onion soup mix (optional)
    2 tablespoons white pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
