Margarita Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups diced mangoes
    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion, green part only
    1 tablespoon finely diced and seeded jalapeno pepper
    1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 teaspoon finely diced red pepper
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon tequila
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 8 hours before serving.
