Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 (3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, cut in pieces
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in cream, then in bread crumbs.
    Coat a rimmed cookie sheet with oil. Place chicken on cookie sheet and place in oven. Bake 45-50 minutes, until cooked through. Turn over halfway through.
