Mushroom Walnut Loaf(Vegetarian Meatloaf) Copycat From The Spot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups raw walnuts, chopped
    4 cups rennetless cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 1/4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3/4 cup onion, chopped small
    1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
    1 1/2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
    3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
    Serve with mushroom walnut gravy.
