Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 -4 bananas, sliced
    1 cup Spanish peanut
Preparation
    In top of a double boiler mix except bananas and peanuts.
    Mix well and cook until thick.
    Cool.
    Alternate layers of bananas, dressing and peanuts.
