Something Special Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lbs idaho potatoes
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons salt, added to water
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks.
Boil in salted water until you cannot pick up a piece with a fork.
Drain all the water from the potatoes and place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat until creamy smooth.
Serve hot.
