Hamburger Stuff On Rice (Goulash) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup (small can)
    4 cups cooked rice (Mom used Minute Rice)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain.
    Stir in undiluted tomato soup.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Serve over rice.
    A favorite veggie or salad makes a complete meal.
