Che Chuoi-Bananas In Coconut Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 ml water
    75 g tapioca
    500 ml coconut milk
    6 bananas, not overly ripe, sliced into thin slices
    150 g sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    salted peanuts, for decoration
Preparation
    Cook the tapioca with the water for about 20 minutes while stirring.
    Add the coconut milk and cook for a further 5 minutes.
    Add the bananas, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve either warm or at room temperature with some chopped salted peanuts on top of each serving.
