Swiss Seafood Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    180 g shrimp, small
    180 g crabmeat
    125 g swiss cheese, grated
    2 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
    1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 dash salt
    1 loaf rye bread
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread.
    Place bread on ungreased baking sheets. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Turn slices; and slice into quarters spread each with 1 rounded tablespoonful of seafood mixture. Broil 4-5 minutes longer or until heated through.
