Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (398 ml) can tomatoes, diced
    1 (519 ml) can kidney beans
    1 (156 ml) can tomato paste
    1 cup sweet corn relish
    1/2 cup parsley, chopped
    1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon oregano
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef, garlic, and onion in large saucepan. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    NOTE: Great for filling tacos or burritos.
