Honey Apple Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    20 baby carrots, peeled and tops trimmed
    1 1/3 cups unsweetened apple juice
    2 teaspoons honey
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add carrots to the skillet and saute until the carrots begin to brown slightly, about 8 minutes.
    Add apple juice and honey and bring to a boil.
    Reduce the heat and simmer until carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to glaze, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
