Oven Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    16 -24 ounces frozen hash browns (shredded)
    1 cup diced ham
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk salt and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients till everything is moistened. Pour into greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Serve hot.
