Jamaican Rum Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup dark rum
    2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
    1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Place chicken in food storage bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning bag once or twice.
    Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill chicken until no longer pink.
