Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
    1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
    2/3 cup canola oil
    2/3 cup hot water
    1 lemon, juice of
    4 large eggs
    Glaze
    1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
    1 lemon, juice of
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and lightly flour angel food cake or bundt pan.
    Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended and thick.
    Bake approximately 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Make glaze by combining sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl.
    Stir until smooth.
    Remove cake from pan and pour glaze over warm cake.
    Can serve warm or at room temperature.
