Stir-Fry Tofu, Zucchini And Garbanzo Beans On A Bed Of Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    14 ounces tofu, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 jalapeno, minced
    1 zucchini, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    15 ounces garbanzo beans
Preparation
    Saute the garlic, tofu, pepper and onion for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the zucchini, and continue to cook until the veggies are soft and the tofu is golden brown. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
