Lactose-Free Condensed Milk Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup powdered soymilk
    1 1/3 cups boiling water
    4 tablespoons margarine
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Combine everything in blender; process until smooth and creamy.
    Let stand at room temperature until cooled.
    Store in an airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
