Filfel Chuma - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon hot paprika (or cayenne)
4 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ground caraway
1 teaspoon ground cumin
10 tablespoons oil, divided
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Combine garlic, paprikas, caraway, cumin, 1/2 cup oil, lemon juice and salt.
Place in a sterilized jar and pour the remaining oil over the top.
Refrigerate.
