Homemade Tahini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb sesame seeds
    2 teaspoons peanut oil
    3 tablespoons peanut oil
    salt, very little (optional)
Preparation
    Place seeds on baking sheet and toast in a 350\u00b0F oven for 20 minutes, or until the seeds are lightly roasted.
    Process in a medium-sized food processor for 3 minutes.
    Add 2 more teaspoons peanut oil and process on high for 30 seconds.
    Add 3 tablespoons peanut oil and process until very smooth, about 2 more minutes.
    If desired, add salt.
