Cup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    3 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    4 tablespoons milk
    2 tablespoons canola oil
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients to cup and mix well.
    Add milk and canola oil and mix well.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, if desired.
    Microwave on high for 1 min 40 seconds or until cake is done.
