Adobo Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 teaspoon lime rind, grated
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoons oregano, dried
    1 teaspoon cumin, ground
    1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl, add 4 servings of meat (1lb boneless or 2 lbs bone-in). Mix to combine, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (if using seafood marinate for only 30 minutes).
