Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups nonfat sour cream
    2 (8 ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained
    1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    6 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, pineapple and pudding mix until blended and thickened. Serve immediately with vanilla wafers. Refrigerate leftovers.
