Stilton Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, hard boiled
    2 ounces white Stilton cheese, crumbled
    2 tablespoons cream
    salt and pepper, to taste
    paprika
    4 ounces green beans, cooked & chilled
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    2 ounces mixed mushrooms
    1 lettuce
    salad dressing, your choice (optional)
Preparation
    Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks and mash with the cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pile mixture back into egg halves.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve on a tossed salad of cold cooked green beans, tomatoes, raw sliced mushrooms, lettuce and salad dressing of your choice (if using).
