Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 red onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon mint, chopped (you can use one or all)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients chill 1 hour to overnight and serve.
