Baked Apple Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 pinch nutmeg
    1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 small apple, diced
    1/3 cup water (or milk)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Dice the apple and pour lemon juice over it (to prevent browning).
    Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Add the apple, lemon juice and water and stir to combine.
    Pour into a round 2-cup Pyrex dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
