Stewed Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 cups onions, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over med to med-low. Add onion, cook 10 min or til soft and browned. Add sugar, barbecue sauce, and vinegar.
    Cook 30 seconds or til liquid evaporates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
