Tahini Carob Shake (Gluten & Dairy Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size banana, chopped & frozen
    1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
    3/4 cup water (spring water!)
    1 1/2 tablespoons carob syrup (Can be purchased in health food or Middle Eastern Markets) or 1 tablespoon carob powder (Can be purchased in health food or Middle Eastern Markets)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
    1/2 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
Preparation
    Mix it all up in your blender.
    Enjoy!
