Pumpkin Raisin Muffins - Gluten Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups brown rice flour
    1 cup tapioca starch
    1/2 cup sorghum flour
    1/2 cup arrowroot
    1 teaspoon xanthan gum
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    1 cup raisins
    1 egg
    1/4 cup egg white
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl including the raisins.
    Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Add the wet mix to the dry and stir until just moistened.
    Fill 24 muffin cups.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through.
