Cold Italian Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs tail off frozen shrimp, thawed
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
16 ounces small shell pasta, cooked and cooled or 4 cups salad greens
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce) container feta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup basil, fresh, finely sliced or 2 tablespoons basil, dried
salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

Toss first five ingredients in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Drizzle contents of small bowl over the ingredients in large bowl and toss again.
