Alabama Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons fat
1 medium onion
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can red beans
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 lb ground beef
Preparation

Heat the fat and quickly brown beef.
Then add onions.
When onions become translucent, add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans (drained), chili powder and garlic powder, and mix well.
Then add the vinegar.
Add cheddar on top to serve.
