Candied Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine sugar, cinnamon, milk and water together, cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234* on thermometer.
Remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla until mixture thickens.
Spread pecans on wax paper to harden.
Store in an airtight container.
