49Ers Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 g fresh red cabbage
100 g fresh iceberg lettuce
25 g fresh red bell peppers
25 g fresh yellow bell peppers
50 g fresh green bell peppers
25 g fresh carrots
50 g fresh cucumbers
25 g fresh tomatoes
For the Vinaigrette dressing
20 g mustard paste
15 ml olive oil
5 g black pepper
15 ml vinegar
salt and black pepper
Preparation

Shred all the vegetables.
Mix in the dressing in the shredded vegetables.
Serve cold.
