Polynesian Steak Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs sirloin or 2 lbs round steaks, cut across the grain into thin slices
    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon granulated sugar
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon liquid gravy browner
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place steak strips in slow cooker.
    Mix remaining 10 ingredients in small bowl.
    Pour over strips.
    Stir.
    Cover.
    Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
