Matcha Eggs (Green Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil
    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons chopped chives or 2 teaspoons chervil
    1/4 teaspoon green tea powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Gently warm coconut oil in a heavy pan on medium heat. Make certain it does not reach the smoke point.
    Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
    add to heated pan and let cook halfway before stirring them.
    add chervil/chives and salt/pepper once cooked to your liking.
    Plate and dust with matcha powder.
