Light Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled, and cut into chunks
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
    2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes 25-30 min until soft.
    Beat together potatoes,milk,egg beaters,brown sugar,salt, and vanilla.
    Bake in a sprayed dish @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
