Orange Chicken And Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
    1 cup sliced onion
    2 large carrots, sliced
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    2 teaspoons grated orange zest
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup cold water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch, water, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
    Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes; stir in combined cornstarch and water, stirring 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
