The Best Bbq Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 kg butterflied leg of lamb
1/4 cup oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chutney
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons mixed herbs
Preparation

Marinate at least for 1 day.
Best on BBQ slowly cooked over a low flame for a few hours.
Or you can bake in the oven at 180 Degrees C for about 1 1/2 hours or longer.
Absolutely delicious.
